With due respect, I, the undersigned beg to state that I'm a student of your school in class XI. We all know how much important a library is to the students. It helps us to gain extra knowledge. But the books of our library are too old and there are no well books on current affairs too. And as the library is not opened at all time the students can't borrow books anytime.

My kind request to you to improve the library and bring some good books there. I, on behalf of my class and school request you to grant our proposal. We shall remain grateful forever to you for this act of kindness.
