Last Friday, I travelled from Cubao Station to Ayala Bus Bay on one of your buses. Unfortunately, I left a bag on the bus and hoping that you would notify me of whereabouts of the bag so that I can retrieve it.
In relation to the journey that I made, I embarked a bus at the Cubao Station (Bus No. CA234) on 17th April 2020, at around 8:00 in the morning, and took off at Ayala Station. I checked in the bag and declared its contents while checking-in.
When I realised that I left my bag after a few hours, I have tried to locate the bus at the Ayala Station, but I failed to do so. It is a medium-size black backpack with white straps and pouch in the front. It has a panda luggage tag that shows my name and contact details. The bag contains some important documents and a 14-inch black Toshiba laptop with a black leather cover. The content of the bag is really important to me and my work and I need those urgently.

Greetings of the day. I am one of the regular travellers of your bus services for my daily travelling from my home to office. I am writing this letter to seek your help in tracking the bag which I have lost today morning on the bus. The bag was containing the file with some important official and personal documents which are very precious to me.
Actually, I travel daily from Akhbarnagar circle to the SG highway through the bus no. 72/3 which departs at 9:30 am from mentioned beginning point and reaches at my destination by 10:00 am. Today morning, I found that the bus was fully occupied due to the rush of the festival, and I couldn't manage to secure any seat. I was carrying three baggage in my hand so to become comfortable, I kept one of my bag on the luggage carrier provided above the sitting arrangements. Now , while the station arrived , in hasty to landing to my station, I forgot to lift my bag which I had kept in the luggage carrier what I realised after reaching the office.
I would request you to check with the driver and conductor of the bus if they have receieved any unclaimed bag in the bus. It was brown coloured soft bag rectangular bag.
