Subject: Poor condition of the school library
Sir:
Respectfully I wish to state that I visited the school library to consult some reference books for my project. I was really shocked at what I saw in the library. The paint on the wall had come off and hanging repulsively. The study desks too were rickety; the book cupboards were rusty and the floor broken here and there.
To my surprise the librarian told me there were no reference books available. The school is still in the process of buying books for the library. I also found examination related books less in number. Sir, I request you to get the repairs and renovation of the library done and also make books available in the library. I hope you will look into the matter and take prompt action in this regard.
Yours faithfully,
Mehul

Sub: To improve the poor condition of the library
Sir,
With due respect, I want to draw your attention towards the deteriorating condition of the school library. The condition of the library is such that, many shelves in which books are kept are broken. Apart from this during the rainy season, rainwater gets a leak from walls, and many books get destroyed due to this.
So, I want that you should take this matter in your hands and ensure that the library books, as well as the condition of the library, should be improved at earliest.
Thanking You
Yours obediently,
