Human body is not meant to work during night; so working at night leads to poor respiratory system, endocrine system, cardiovascular system, immune system, and gastrointestinal system. It has been found that 40 % of the people working at call centers suffer from blurred vision, eye soreness, light sensitivity, poor digestion, and headaches.
Many types of exploitation also leads to dissatisfaction. I on behalf of all the people working at call centers appeal to you to look into it and set strict rules and regulations for call center employers. I hope your good self will look into the matter and do the needful. Thanking you.
