Subject: Draft not credited to account

This letter is to draw your attention to the fact that I had deposited a draft on 31st May 2018 and it has not been credited to my account yet. I have deposited drafts before from the same branch, and there have been no issues. It has been far more than the time it usually takes to credit such amounts. I was looking forward to the money for some personal requirements and would like an explanation for what has caused the delay. I have been banking with you for over 5 years now and your service has been satisfactory until now. Please look into the matter at the earliest.

Subject: Request the deposited money to credit reg/-

I have deposited a money amount of 30,000 rupees in your bank. I deposited it on 04.06.2020 at 02:30 PM. I deposited it into my son's account whose name is xxx and the account number is xxxx. I am transferring that mount for this examination fee.

The money has not been credited to my account and he couldn't take it. Please look into this matter as soon as possible as it a very urgent matter. I have attached the xerox of the deposit slip I was issued.
