Sub: Damage found in the cot purchased on Thursday.
Ref: Bill no. 2534, dated 29-06-2017.
I regretfully inform you that the ‘double-bed cot’ that I bought from your shop on Thursday has a major damage in it.
When I lifted the cover of the cabinet provided in it, to place the quilts and bed sheets, I saw a large crack on the side plank of the cot. I have attached the photo of the damaged portion of the cot with this letter.
I humbly request you to send the carpenter to repair the cot. If he decides that the repair is not feasible at my home please replace the cot immediately.
