Respected Sir,
This is to inform you that I, *Your Name*, a consistent customer of Domino's Pizza, am sorry to inform you about the deteriorating quality of the Pizza that is made by the Domino's Kitchen.

It was the 31st of December, that I was out with my friends, after alot of hustle and bustle, we decided to have some refreshments. According to my choices, I forced my mates to refresh at your restaurant. We ordered 3 pair of sandwiches, 3 Quarter Pizzas and 3 cokes. First of all, I was the last of all to receive my order , secondly, the staffs were horrible at their behaviour and lastly, the pizza was smelling, the coke was not chilled and even the bottles were crushed. I disheartened my friends, they took it as an insult, as they all came here just because I had forced them.

I would be highly obliged if you could increase the quality of your staffs and to supply the order at the right time.
