Sir,
I write this to submit that I purchased one washing machine-LG, Model Exclusive Plus, front load, capacity 5.6 litres for Rs. 16,000 on Dec. 5, 20____. The Receipt No. is 1788. To my utter disappointment, it is giving me trouble right from the beginning. Its persistent problems are (a) functional switch does not work properly, (b) squeezing system is not effective, and (c) it makes a very loud sound when switched on.
I complained about the machine to the Sales Executive of your company. He got it checked thrice but the fault could not be rectified.
Under these circumstances, the piece cannot be accepted. Kindly replace it immediately.
