Hope you got my letter. I am one of your recent customers. I have a bad review of your goods and items.
Actually, I just bought a basketball from your store 2 days ago. It was quite expensive. The basketball was at the best and good quality item section. So, I bought it. The next day, when I wanted to use it, there was a hole at the ball which let all the air out of the ball.
I wish for rectification so that the same thing won't happen to other customers. If possible, can you please return half of the amount I paid. Your co-operation and understanding are appreciated. Thank you.
