Respected sir,
This is to inform you that public bus service in our area is not satisfactory. The number of buses is decreasing day by day. Due to which the buses are overcrowded. Senior citizens and female passengers have to suffer a lot.
Besides, all the passengers travelling through these buses are finding it difficult to cope up with the bus drivers and conductors. Drivers don’t halt the buses at allocated bus stops. They in between allow their friends or relatives to board the bus. Conductors don’t give the remaining change after buying a ticket. When the passengers demand the remaining change, they start arguing with them.
As a Mayor of the city, we expect support from you and hope that you will take appropriate action.
