Most humble and respectfully, I (Your name) beg to state that we are facing a problem of waterlogging, the drainage system is not maintained at all so when it rains heavily, water logging problem starts.
I am writing to express my concern over the local municipality how they are not taking this seriously the level of water has not decreased and today is the 5th day after the rain has stopped.
Due to this people are now having serious problem like its getting late to go for job,school or in any other place.
Why does the local municipality is not taking any action after receiving so many complaint letters from the citizen of this locality?
I want you to help me publish this so that we can get rid of this problem.
