Subject: Complaint letter pertaining to the unhygienic conditions of premier orchard locality and increase in the number of thieves here.

Respected Sir,

I am writing this to bring to your kind notice that the hygiene conditions of Premier Orchard locality is deteriorating day by day. The garbage disposal is not effectively done, due to which the garbage heaps are being formed here.

It has also led to an increase in the number of dengue, malaria cases, and other diseases spread by insect vectors.

In addition to the issue mentioned above, the number of thieves in this locality has also increased. The cases of chain snatching, pickpocketing, and theft are on a spike. Thus, the lives of the citizens of this locality is terribly affected.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and take some stringent actions against it.
