 Dear Sir/Madam,                          I would hereby, most humbly, bring to your notice that the water supply provided to our locality (address), is insufficient for carrying out day to day activities. Moreover, the quality of the water provided is also not acceptable which raises serious questions about general health of the people. Also, there has been found some leakages in the water supply pipes which immediately needs to be repaired.                          I would kindly appeal to you to look into the above mentioned problems urgently and provide solution for a better water supply.
