Respected sir/madame,

I wish to bring to your kind notice that the garbage around Lake View road was initially being removed twice a week, whereas it should be on a daily basis, now even that it should be done on a daily basis. Without garbage bins, the place looks very dirty. Some diseases are spread through mosquitoes, and other insects. The garbage is a breeding centre for these insects. This is very harmful for us. Hence, I request you to put garbage bins in our area and also please enlighten the people to throw garbage in garbage bins. I am looking forward to your support and co-operation.

Sub- Request for cleaning Garbage at near my house.

Sir,

Respectfully We want to say that the garbage have been accumulated near my house area. It has become very much unsafe because of snakes ; that has been noticed many times. Also it is looking very dirty and uncomfortable. The sketch of the areas that need cleaning attached with this application.

This garbage also causing a severe problems like typhoid, malaria as mosquitoes started breeding there. It also smells very bad. Some animals like pigs surrounded the garbage and making it more dirty.

So, I request you to kindly arrange for required cleaning.
