Subject :- Telling about bad piece of road that is in need of repair
Respected Sir,
I , the living citizen of the above written address, writes this letter about the roads which are in bad conditions. Other people are not able to walk on these roads.
The roads are having many of the potholes in which mostly insects have made their home es. These roads are having many of garbages are also held. Due to this, 3-4 children are admitted to the hospital by having malaria and dengue. If this is continously going on, then it will affect the other roads too. We have also wrote the same letter to municipal co-operation of Mumbai. But they had not done anything.
I want you to take strict action against it by writing an article or by clicking some pictures of the roads which are in bad conditions to show that what are Indians doing.
Thanking you.
Your Truely,
X.Y.Z

Bidhannagar, Kolkata

To

The Editor,

Ananda Bazaar Patrika,

Kolkata.

Subject: Request for immediate repair of deplorable roads.

Respected Sir,

Through the columns of your esteemed daily newspaper, I wish to highlight the deplorable condition of the main road in Bidhannagar locality.

The road is full of pot holes since it was never repaired for several years. During the Monsoon season the road gets flooded like a river. During Winter it gets dry and dusty. We have no other option but to breathe the dusty air which causes respiratory diseases. There is also grave danger of road accidents which may cause lost of precious life.

The residents are suffering untold hardships due to the bad and dangerous condition of the road.

Therefore, I request the Municipal Corporation and the higher authorities to survey the road of Bidhannagar and repair the roads at the earliest.

Yours sincerely,

R.K. Suresh
