respected inspector ,
this is to bring to you kind notice that well no 546 is main source of water supply in our area.
City is facing a major water shortage in a present time . One of our neighbouring person os wasting water that was supposed to be used by community of our area . Whenever asked about the problems we are going through he give us threats . Whole area is disgust by his activities . Therefore , it is my humble request to help us to cope up with this problem as fast as you could .
