Sir,  

I beg to state that I am a resident of Ramnagar, Dewas. The Postman of our area Devi Sharma is careless of his duties. He does not come regularly. We get letters 2-3 days late. He also sometimes misdelivers the letters and registries etc, If a person is out of station for one or two days. So I request you to take suitable action against him or transfer to another area.
