Respected Sir/Madam,

I am so sad to inform you about the late delivery of letters in our area  The old postman used to come daily with letters , speed posts , money orders and parcels but , the new postman is rarely seen in our area . He comes only about once in a week or so . Me and the others in the area is getting important parcel , letters and money very late and is causing a lot of inconvenience to me and my neighbors in the locality. He also delivers post to wrong address also , just by looking at the name of people . When I inquired to the postman for his actions , he spoke angrily and used some rude words against me . When I warned him that I would complain , he rudely asked to to complain.

We expect that you will take necessary action against the postman and keep our faith in India Post alive.
