write a letter to the postmaster about an undelivered money order

Answer:
Dear Sir,
I am Patrick Smith resident of Flat no: 587, Urban Estate, Leeds, writing to complain about my undelivered money order.
My parents from London sent me 1500 pounds in a money order on 30 October last month. I was expecting to receive the payment by first week of November as post office claims to deliver everything within country in 10 days. However, when I did not get the money order till 10th, I assumed there must be some reason of delay and it will reach me within 2 3 days. Today is 26th November and the parcel is not received yet.
I have to pay my college fee and the last date to the pay fee is 2nd December. After this date, I will have to bear the fine which I do not want to pay.
I would request you to enquire about my money order where it got struck and make arrangements to deliver it to me as soon as possible so that I will not have to bear the penalty of late fee.
Hoping for your immediate attention on this matter.
Yours faithfully,
Patrick Smith.
