To

The Postmaster,

73/1, Peters Road,

Chennai 600006.

Respected Sir, Dear Sir/ Madam,

Sub: Complaint Letter for a parcel not being delivered

We are required to write a letter to the postmaster in which we need to complain about the non-delivery of a parcel you sent to your friend a week ago. The letter is as follows:

Ref: Parcel Reference No.:125987, dated:10 Jan 2019.

                                                                                                   17/1/2019

I am sorry to inform you that a parcel of mine which I had sent my friend a week ago, has not been delivered.

This is a very urgent parcel as it contains things which are very delicate.

In addition, I am now in a very humiliating circumstance. It has been a week since The parcel has not been delivered so maybe it has gone to someone else or has been lost in transit.

This is not acceptable and it is against the morals which we have that the post parcel is the most reliable way to send the parcel.

Kindly make sure that this does not repeat.

I am requesting you to trace the parcel immediately and deliver it to the correct person as soon as possible.

Thanking you

Yours faithfully,

Perrina Anil Babani.
