Respected Sir/Madam,

I am (Name) from XYZ locality. The locality residents are really fed up of the problems caused due to the scarcity of the water. Being a responsible residents, I came up with many plans but the society community rejected them saying they are waste of money. Actually the problem is that the community just like to earn money and not work.

To make the locality a better place to live, please do note my ideas.

First of all, each and every society in the locality should fit Water Flow meters in each and every flat, so that how much a flat uses water would be proportional to the money they pay. If they waste water they need to pay more money which they would not like to.

Even the maids can be informed to not to waste water while they are doing the daily chores. Children as well as parents can be requested to organise campaigns which promote water conservation.
