Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Sub: Suggestions to help in improving the neighborhood
I, XYZ, a resident of this apartment for the past fifteen years, have designed a plan to help in our neighborhood. There are mainly three sections where we can improve for the welfare of our locality.
Firstly, there's no proper lighting and we face difficulties especially in the night. The lanes are dark and it's not safe too. If we can take some initiative to solve this problem, our entire society will get benefitted. Secondly, most of the kids and the senior members of the family stays alone for being in nuclear families and both the parents ir children working . It is my humble request to you if we could arrange for a regular meeting sessions in our apartment's park, both the generations would get company to spend time. Thirdly and most importantly, I have seen stray animals suffering in our locality due to lack of food and proper care . If we could request to those who are willing to help , on a rotation basis, and take responsibility of their food and health, it would be really helpful.
This is my earnest request if you could please kindly look into the suggestions and take appropriate actions at your earliest.
