With all due respect, I am writing this letter with a sincere request to please provide us with a new science teacher (Subject and Department name). Ever since (Name of the Teacher) left it has been very hard for the students to adjust with the substitute teacher. (Describe in your own words).
She does not properly teach us the concepts, neither does she test our skills or make us apply them by giving us questions, quizzes or tests.
