Date: 21st April 2019

Sub: Request for the remission of fine.

Dear Sir,

I, Rohit Sharma studying Grade VI in St. Joseph’s Convent School was charged a fine of Rs 1000/- on 18th April 2019 under disciplinary acts. The fine was charged because I couldn’t come to school on time.

I couldn’t come to school on time as required, as there was unexpected heavy traffic on the way to school because of a huge accident that took place on the same day’s early hours.

We were not informed prior. So we used the same way to school. We couldn’t move forward or backwards as the traffic was quite heavy.

Requesting you to please excuse me for once and please remit the fine I was charged.

Thanking you sir.

Yours Sincerely,

Rohit Sharma.

Sir,

Subject_ remission of fine

With due respect, I want to state that I am a student of class 8th'A' in your school. I am a late commer from the beginning of the session. Today I came late for the fifteenth time so,a fine of rupees 20 per day is imposed on me.

I am afraid to ask for the fine from my parents. Now,I am promising in written to be regular in future.

I shall be thankful to your esteemed goodself for this act of kindness.

Yours faithfully

Vidhi Pandita
