Respected Ma’am/ Sir,

I am a student of Class - 6, and on behalf of my entire class I am requesting you to make arrangement for a school library. There are so many voracious readers who want to read but due to non-availability of a good school library we miss out those opportunities.

I am herewith requesting you to take the initiative and kindly arrange a school library for us. We would be forever grateful to you for this kind inititiave on your part.
