Dear Sir,

Description of Sports System

First of all, I would like to thank you for choosing me as the leader of the Sports Committee of my school. I would also like to tell you my planning of this sports day.

The games including Tog'o'War, Badminton, Relay Race, 100 m Race, Three Legged Race and Pass The Candy would be conducted for all the classes on the first Sports Day. All other games would be conducted on the following day.

The students volunteering the Sports day will be wearing a badge saying there name and the title " Volunteer ". Here is the list of students who would be volunteering the competitions on the first day:

1. Rohan Singh - On the terrace

2. Ritu Sinha - In the corridor

3. Raghav Srivastava - In the corridor
