I am a student of grade-VII at your insitution. I am the class representative and thus writing this letter on behalf of the entire class.

This is to bring to your kind notice that there is an urgent need of a cycle stand in the campus. The news that 3 cycles have been stolen yesterday, has made me to write this letter. Moreover, there is no specific area for parking cycles which is the cause of parking cycles outside the campus in public area which is unsafe.

We shall be highly obliged if you will consider our request and take serious steps to provide us a cycle stand.
