.Nowadays ,your school has became dirty and messy due to papers all around the school,litters in the ground ,pouring water etc. these litters makes our school untidy and reduces our  school reputation and in addition ,it also mentally creates a lack of interest in studies ..therefore ,i have some suggestions namely 

*we must assign the responsibility to each student or a group of 4  for every day the clean the class and the surrounding .i suggest the work in students because this habit can enrich their helping tendency and enrich good thoughts among them

*every month students must be rewarded for the best helper batch and one class should be nominated for clean classroom of the month .this can be led in the assembly .this enrich the values within the students and encourage them for doing more help in maintaining job .

*we must place all around the school and request students to throw litters in the dustbin and we must also spread the awareness on need of cleanliness .i have discussed this with all my classmates regarding my suggestion and they felt the same sir 

so ,we kindly request you to take some action towards the issue to make bring back ur beauty of school again to the front
