Sub : Application for remission of fine

Madam,

With due respect I, the undersigned make a humble submission that I have been unjustly fined Rs. 20/- by our discipline teacher on the recommendation of the monitor of my class.

Rahi Sen, the monitor of our class made a charge against me that I used slang words against him. This is far from truth. I never use filthy words against any body. I always try my best to remain calm and quiet even in the face of any provocation. Our monitor has brought false charges against me out of vengeance as I refused to give him my history copybook. I tried my best to convince our discipline teacher but in vain.

You may ask my classmates and they will speak of my Innocence. You are requested to cause an enquiry and remit the fine and erase my name from the bad book of record.
