I, as the monitor of class 9, want to apprise you of the bad condition of furniture in our class. Some of the desks and benches are badly broken. During running class, the broken and loose joints in the furniture make sound, disturbing the class. Moreover, it becomes difficult to keep bags inside the desk-self as they are also missing in many desks. Writing on desks also has a bad impression on writing as they are broken or loose as screws are out or missing.

You are kindly requested to solve this problem of ours. We hope, the broken furniture will be replaced soon. We shall highly appreciate if the replacement takes place at the earliest.
