Respected Sir,
With due respect, it is stated that I am a student of the school (Class and I.d. no) and a member of its library. I want to inform that collection available at the library is not enough to fulfill academic needs of students. I have taken a detailed survey of the available books and compared it with the courses. (show your actual problem and situation). I believe that we need additional books for the library.
I have attached a list of books to this application which is attested by our teachers. Please add more books to the library so that students can have access to more up-to-date knowledge.
