Respected Sir,

I am student of class lX of your school. I want to say that the weather in the district seems very disturbed and the fog has clouded all the roads. These conditions of the roads cause lots of vehicular accidents. Moreover, an article in 'The Hindustan Times' speaks of the announcement made by the DM for school holidays due to heavy fog and cold. The winter vacations have finished but I request you to reconsider and extend the holidays in order to avoid unfortunate incidents that might occur on the road.

I hope that my request for extending the vacations would be taken into consideration.
