This is to inform you that we are appearing for the Kolkata Inter-school Football Tournament . The competition is very hard to win and we need ample amount of practise , hardwork and determination . Thereby , I request you to take the initiative of setting a special football training club in our school named 'Athletic Club' .

The football club will help us improve our football skills and will enhance us to do better in future . It will improve our tactics . We can refer to our P.T sir because he will be a good coach for us . The interested students can take part in the Club daily and the timings for the practise will be adjusted according to the free time of the students . I hope that you will look upon the matter immediately because we only have few months left for the competition  .
