Two months back we had purchased
a window ac from your showroom.But
just after a month,it started to irritate us with its problems.It does not start and if by any chance it starts then
it won't give cool air.Kindly replace

Subject --- Complaining about defect in the AC.

Sir,

I am one of the customer of the Kohinoor air conditioner company. I have buyed the Air conditioner(A.C.) from the Kohinoor AC Showroom one month before.The Quality of the AC buyed was very good and it was very efficient. The cost of AC is Rs 12000.The guarantee periods of the Air conditioner is 3 years.

Sir, at present the Air conditioner is not working properly. Also it is taking much of the electrical energy. Due to some technical fault in it, it is sometimes closed and does not acting as the normal proper Air conditioner in the room.

As we know, there is too much heat outside the houses due to the Summer Season. We are unable to manage with the  Improper Air conditioner.

The Air Conditioner is till now in an Guarantee Periods,Since only one month is expires. So i will request you to Replace my Air Conditioner with the Other Proper Air Conditioner which can satisfy our Daily Needs.


I will be looking towards your  positive reply.
