Sir,
I am sorry to inform you that we have not been receiving our standard post office for the last few months.
This has obviously become a cause of great inconvenience to us. There is no post office in our area. To send a letter we have to go next village and it is three kilometers far away from our locality. We had land problem but now it is ok and we are conscious and able to make it successful if you grant our prayers. Post office is necessary for a village. We don't understand why it is delaying so much. We know it's importance.
I hope, you will kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps for us.
