Dear Sir,
I am constrained to bring to your notice that I am receiving damaged books for long.
For last two years I am going on receiving damage condition of the parceled books. I am a constant buyer of your company books . Some of the pages of many books are either torn or crumbled whereas some are missing . It becomes very difficult for me to read and understand those missing words or sentences . In exams also I am unable write the full sentence as the books are half torn. It suffers me a lot. Though I have told this to the parcel man and complained and requested many times there is not satisfactory result.
Thus, under such circumstances I will be highly obliged to you if you can stop this damaged condition of the books which I receive.

Dear Sirs
We are thankful for your sending the books as per our order dated 11 March, 2017.
However, on opening the parcel, we have found that the books are damaged. The title pages of almost all the books are badly tom.
The poor quality of packing paper seems to be the cause. The despatch clerk also left the parcel loose. The books need to be replaced. I am sending them back at your cost.
Prompt action is requested.
