Subject- increasing noise pollution of day and night.
This is to inform you that in our area our neighbour used to play
speakers in loud bass. This causes irritation to everyone. We can't
concentrate in our studies and can't sleep also. They didn't listen anyone
and didn't undertand our problems.
Hence,I request you to please make them understand otherwise puniush
them for this.
