I am writing this letter to bring to your attention that the UPI service of your bank is not working. I tried to send money to my friend using BHIM (Bharat Interface for Money) but all transactions failed. Then I asked one of my friends to see whether the UPI on his bank was functional, he confirmed the UPI was functioning in his bank. Kindly look into it and have the problem resolved. We are facing much inconvenience because of it. Looking forward to immediate fixing of the problem.
