Dear Brother,
As you are working outside your hometown so all of us in the family have always attention on you. as you now that now traffic is increasing so you should take care when you driving. and I just want to tell you that new rules are also implied by this month so please be cautious about all new rules and regulations. And fines are also in huge amounts now in fact according to new rules all the prices get doubled. The government is doing this not for money but to save our life from accidents and all other kinds of problems. so always wear a seatbelt when you are driving a car and always wear helmet when you are driving your bike and this is must. so I just want to aware you about new traffic rules
