Respected Sir,

I Atiksh Ghuge, of Class VIII C, Roll No 34, wish to humbly state that I missed my Unit Tests of this session as I was suffering from Typhoid. The doctor advised me strict rest for two weeks, and so I was too weak physically and mentally to take the tests.

Hence, it is my earnest request to allow me take the test once again, for which i shall be highly obliged.
