Respected Y ma'am,

I am the boy monitor from 8th standard of X school. I am writing this letter to report you about the lack of English speakers in our class. As we all know, in our school, it is a rule to talk in English only till the time being inside the school complex, but our class students are not following rules and are speaking in native language. The total strength of the class is 37 students, but only 3-4 students, including me are the only english speakers of the class. Even the Monitress, ( C ) is also occassionally speaking in Hindi. Students feel awkward while speaking english. If anyone starts speaking in english, the other students start criticizing him/her, as a result the student feel awkward. May reason behind this is that the senior students of class 9 and 10 are also abusing, junior students like us started imitating them.

Therefore, I request you to please take a strict action regarding this issue, so that all the students follow the proper rules and disciplined should be maintained in the school.
