Dear Samir:
I hope this letter finds you in fine fettle and upbeat spirits. I am writing to you to share with you how I spent my holidays. Well, I also hope you must have fared well in your First Term Examination. Well, in the autumn break I decided to go to my grandparents’ village. I feel I enjoy there the most. I reached there in the Navratras. On September 30, 2017 the festive season culminated with the festival of Dussehra.
I along with the grandparents, uncle and aunt and cousins went to see the Dussehra fair. The burning of the effigies of Ravan, Kumbkaran, and Meghnath was worth watching. After the festivities, I had three more holidays. I relaxed by watching movies and sleeping. I have decided to celebrate my Diwali with my grandparents also. However, on Diwali grandparents will come to our place in the city. That’s all from my side. Do share with me how you spent your autumn break. Give warmest regards to uncle and aunt.
