Dear Jatin:

I hope this letter finds you in great health and state of mind. I am writing to you to share a very funny incident with you. Recently, I got the opportunity to go to Mumbai to attend my uncle's son's wedding. It was quite a long journey. So we had our berths booked in the second class sleeper coach.

The compartment we got, we had to share with another family. Our berths faced one another. So till evening, we sat on the seats. Since they also belonged to our city, soon a friendship developed between the two families. The auntie was a very fat lady. She occupied most of the space of the compartment. But we could not do anything about it.

Well, during the night something funny happened! I fell from my upper berth on to the fat auntie who was sleeping on the lowest berth. Fortunately, neither of us was hurt. Thenceforth everybody made fun of me. I just cannot control my laughter whenever I think about it. The rest is fine.

Yours lovingly,

(your name)

Hello, Dhruv

It makes me extremely happy to learn from your letter that you are healthy and strong. I have to tell you about a terrible thing that happened to me while I was on the train.

I was going to my cousin's wedding in Santiniketan with my family. We boarded a very crowded compartment. We all finally found seats after about an hour. I fell asleep reading a book as my parents were engaged in conversation with one another. My sleep on the train was disturbed by unexpected pandemonium. An elderly woman was sobbing because someone had taken her gold chain.

Fortunately, the train was so packed that the robber was unable to flee. He was grabbed by the collar by passengers, who then removed the jewellery from him. He was afterwards turned over to the railroad administration. I've learned from this situation to be extra cautious, especially when using the train, and I'm encouraging you to do the same.

Ensure your own wellbeing. Regards and affection to your brother as well as to your uncle and aunt.

                                                                                              Yours sincerely,

                                                                                                             Kavya
