In course of praising one of your friend's voice, you have compared it with that of the cuckoo's. Really, voice has its own effect. So far as the question of the Koel is concerned, the voice of the cuckoo is unparalleled. It is an irony that a Koel is as dark as night. But in spite of its black appearance, her voice is sweet like anything. She sings from the core of her heart. So it touches the soul of the listeners.
