Last time you asked me about Great Bammera Pothana, so I thought of telling about him to you.

Bammera Pothana was an Indian telugu poet. He was a great telugu and sanskrit scholar. He is regarded as the jewel of telugu literature. He is best know for converting Bhagwad Purana from Sanskrit to Telugu.

His work Andhra Maha Bhagavatamu is popularly known as Pothana Bhagavatamu.
