How are you and uncle and aunty, also what about Sujal! We are fine here. The day we were transferred to Kolkata I am missing you since then. But no issues we will be talking always like this. Kolkata is amazing, and also a beautiful city. The day we came here, the decorations started and we were confused why the whole city is decorated. We asked the local people of that place and they said that it is because of Durga Puja.
Durga Puja is the festival of goddess Durga. It is celebrated in Kolkata at a very vast festival. The festival is observed in the Indian calendar month of Ashwin, which corresponds to the months of September–October in the Gregorian calendar, and is a ten-day festival, of which the last five are of significance. Because of Corona Virus, crowding was not allowed, So the people said they will stream it live on T.V. We were excited because we never saw Durga Puja. So we decided to see it this time.
As it streamed live we saw big pandals of goddess durga which were very beautifully created and painted. Pandits did big pujas and said a number of mantras. They said these mantras will make kolkata free of all sins. I was very happy to see this. Now I am stopping the letter. I want you reply asap. Bye!
