Dear Raj:
I hope this letter finds you in fine fettle. I am writing to you to tell you how I celebrated Children’s Day at our school. I had so much of fun at school today. The best part was there were no studies at school today. The morning assembly too was different. The speech on the significance of the Children’s Day was quite informative. Then the principal greeted and congratulated the children through the central communication system. We decorated our class. Each class had its own party. The principal had allowed music playing at reasonably loud volume. Then we had a dance party inside the class. Finally, delicious eatables were served to students from the school canteen. It was a perfect celebration of Children’s Day. Every student was made to feel special. With smiles on their faces, they thanked their teachers and the Principal. I hope you must have celebrated the day with zeal. Do write about your celebrations.

Dear friend Mohan,
How are you? I am well here. Hope you are doing well there in your school. Friend, you know that it was Children's Day on 14th November. Children's Day was also celebrated in our school. Many programs were organized in our school on that day.
All the programs started at 8 in the morning. Many cultural programs were presented by the students on the occasion of Children's Day. I also read a poem on the stage based on the life of Chacha Nehru. The children's day program in the school lasted for about 4 hours. The cultural program ended at 12:00 noon and its Principal and other teachers gave speeches on Children's Day.
Then there was a program of refreshments. By 2 o'clock we had come to our house.
