how are you? I think it's a good ides to loss weight.here what I suggest .you should eat fruit and vegetables every day to be healthy.you shouldn't eat fast fast food like burgers,French fries or chicken nuggets.i think you should
do exercise regularly ,you will lose weight why don't you cycle to school?
