Dear Grandpa:
I hope this letter finds you in sound health and vibrant state of mind. You will be glad to know that I have won first position in inter-house marble and spoon race. I had practiced in the park by holding spoon with marble in it. And this practice really helped me learn the balancing techniques.
On the day of the competition I performed with all my heart, mind and soul. At the end I was able to win the race; I was given a thundering applause. I was so happy when my name was announced for the first position. Parnam to you and dear Granny!

Dear Grandpa,
I wish that this letter finds you in prospering health and a energetic state of mind. This letter is written with purpose of informing you about the inter-house marble and spoon race in which I won the first prize. I know that you will find this news pleasing. I practiced very much for this race and understood one thing that even the silliest thing to be perfect requires practice. However, practicing this specific sport helped a lot to gain new balancing techniques. On the day of the event, I performed with all my focus and the repetition of the same act while practicing, helped attain the first position against all the eighteen competitors. As soon as I touched the marked finish of the race, I heard thunderous applauds from the spectators. At that time, I was so much filled with confidence and enthusiasm that while receiving the prize I, somehow, dropped the cup on the stage. Everyone started laughing as I picked up the cup and showed them once again. I thanked all the organizers and my teachers for the support. I wanted to thank you both too as you are my dearest motivators and well-wishers.
I hope you will write me back and visit your child’s place soon. I wish regards to both of you, Grandpa and Grandma. Take care of your health and, eat and sleep well.
