Dear Grandmother and Grandfather:

I hope this letter finds you in vibrant health and great spirits. Everyone at home is missing both of you! However, I miss you the most. Dear Grandmother, no one wakes me up early to study! Mother did your job for a few days, and then she forgot as she likes getting late. So, I have been missing my morning studies! I don’t like the breakfast cooked by anyone except you. They fail to put that taste and love in the paranthas that you cook so delicious. I also don’t like the flavor of tea either. No one knows the ingredients that you put in the tea to make it so tasty.

Dear Grandfather, no one can teach Math the way you do! Besides, there is no one to teach the morality, wisdom, and general knowledge without you! The wonderful tales that you tell almost concerning everything, no one can tell those tales besides you! I am missing you both badly. Kindly cut short your trip to the South and come back as fast as you can! Everyone sends their love! All are fine!

Yours affectionately,

Dev Kumar

From ________ ,

Dear grandma,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am doing well here.

I am so sorry, I was not able to keep a check on your health, as I got really engaged in _______ (school/college/office) work. Finally, I got some time, and here I am, devoting all my time to you. How are you now? And how is your ____________ (problem) pain? Are you taking your medicines on time?

I had a very short conversation at home, and ________ (mom/sister) was telling me that you aren’t keeping well. Since then, I was a little upset and wanted to talk about your health. Please take care of your health. Have a good and balanced diet. Please do keep a check on your diet for me and eat your medicines on time. Also, visit the doctor regularly.

Keep me posted with your reports and I will keep you in my prayers.

With love, samuel
